Job description

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mobile Pest Technician to join a major FM company, delivering high-quality pest control services across a portfolio of 30 retail stores from North London through to the Anglia region. This is a mobile role requiring flexibility, autonomy, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine pest inspections and treatments across designated retail sites.
• Identify pest activity and implement appropriate control measures.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with store managers and FM teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.
• Provide expert advice and preventative recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

• BPCA Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in Pest Management.
• Proven experience in commercial pest control, ideally within retail environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.

• Salary - Unqualified £31,923.63 / Qualified £34,743.58 + company van + private use
• Travel time - Unpaid for half an hour each way
• Call out 1 - 4 and allowance is incorporated into the wages (13 on calls per year)
