Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular mobile patrols of designated areas.
  • Respond promptly to alarm activations and security incidents.
  • Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and access control points.
  • Perform lock-up and unlock procedures for client premises.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA licence (Security Guard or Door Supervisor).
  • Excellent observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
