Job summary

An established industry player is on the lookout for an experienced Paint/SMART Repair technician to join their dynamic team. Job description

Are you an experienced Paint/SMART Repair technician looking for a new challenge? If your answer is “YES”, then you could be the SMART Repairer we are seeking! The successful candidate will provide SMART Paint Repair services regularly to our dealership partners, offering excellent earning potential. The ideal candidate should have a valid UK driving licence, be physically fit, well-presented, friendly, customer-focused, and committed to working to a high standard.

Working Hours

Successful applicants should expect to work Monday to Friday.

Additional Requirements
  1. A self-motivated individual capable of working independently
  2. Minimum 4 years’ paint experience (preferably ATA/IMI/QAA and working to PAS 125 standards)
  3. Good knowledge of filler application
  4. Ability to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend
  5. Great attention to detail
  6. Experience in customer-facing roles
  7. Good command of English and Maths
  8. Willing to travel to carry out SMART Repairs daily
  9. Flexible with working hours as per customer requirements
  10. Good time management skills
Assessment and Training

All suitable applicants will undertake a paint assessment at our Liverpool Regional Centre (travel expenses reimbursed). Successful candidates will receive further training to understand our processes and procedures.
