Keys Education and Peak Activity is seeking Outdoor Education Instructors to deliver safe, engaging outdoor experiences for young people across Lancashire schools and children’s homes. Through long-term engagement, you’ll help build confidence, resilience and essential life skills—making a real impact every day.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence required as the role is mobile across Lancashire.
• Experience or willingness to lead activities including mountain biking, climbing and paddle sports.
• Able to work across multiple locations within Lancashire.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, engaging activities with high-quality learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Lead and manage groups, including in challenging situations.
• Be motivated, positive and enthusiastic about outdoor learning.
• Previous similar role is desirable but attitude matters too.

Salary : £26,436 to £29,500 Full-time, Term-time, or Part-time options available (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

• As an Outdoor Instructor, you will deliver activities that are safe, engaging, and professionally delivered, ensuring participants achieve high-quality learning outcomes
• Have excellent communication and people skills
• Be confident leading and managing groups, even in challenging situations
• Be motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about outdoor learning
• Ideally have previous experience in a similar role (although attitude and enthusiasm are just as important)
