Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a domiciliary Optometrist to deliver high-quality eyecare to patients at home, serving communities across the Plymouth Home Visits patch including Bodmin, Truro, St Austell and Newquay. You will join a supportive team focused on clinical excellence and outstanding patient service.

As a qualified GOC registered Optometrist, you will travel to patient homes, provide thorough eye examinations, and coordinate care with our stores and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist.
• Full driving licence.
• Customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to succeed and go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑standard clinical care during home visits.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients who cannot visit stores.
• Cover areas such as Truro, Bodmin, St Austell and Newquay; travel may be required.
