Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a domiciliary optometrist to bring eye care directly to patients at their homes across a defined territory in Southwest England. You’ll drive our services to the doorstep, ensuring high-quality clinical care and excellent customer service.

The role offers a company car or allowance, a competitive salary (up to £75,000 FTE, depending on experience), 33 days leave including bank holidays, and a welcome bonus of £10,000 (pro rata for part-time).

Qualifications

• GOC registered optometrist required.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel to patient homes.
• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide eye care to patients in their homes.
• Deliver domiciliary optometry services across assigned territory.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and care plans.
