Job summary

Network Group Holdings is seeking an Optometrist for a domiciliary role across South Wales, with 2–3 weeks local and 1–2 weeks travel to other Wales locations. You will visit patients at home, perform extended appointments, and receive full accommodation and meal allowances during away weeks.

The package includes a market-leading salary up to £69,000 per year, a company car for business and personal use, and strong CPD support. Flexible contracts are available, with no weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at home for consultations (~1 hour per appointment) to build strong relationships and deliver gold-standard care.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions with support from the senior optometrist team via head office.
• Utilise advanced equipment (digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I-care tonometer, digital records system) to minimise paperwork.
• CPD support provided to maintain professional development.
• Be open to a flexible, travel-heavy role across Wales with no weekend work.
