Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Home Visits Optical Delivery assistant to bring care directly to patients at their homes across South Wales. You will support aftercare and basic tasks, enabling people who cannot visit stores to receive essential optical services.

You will drive a company car, cover Swansea, Bridgend, Barry, and occasionally Cardiff, joining a warm, dedicated team. A full UK driving license and optical exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Experience in optics.
• Comfortable using new systems on tablet or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Provide aftercare to customers in their homes.
• Take services to doorsteps across Swansea, Bridgend, Barry and Cardiff as needed.
• Assist customers with basic tasks they cannot do themselves.
• Utilise a company car to travel between visits and locations.
