Job summary

SpaMedica is hiring a Multifunctional Registered Nurse for our Mobile Diagnostic and Treatment Centre, initially in East Kilbride, Scotland. You will work in a tight-knit team to support ophthalmic care, patient safety, and efficient theatre days.

You will lead medication ordering, stock control, and contribute to high-quality patient care with mandatory training such as ILS and fire marshal. Occasional cross-location coverage may occur.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Scrub experience for clinical procedures.
• Experience in administering medicines in line with NMC guidelines.
• Experience with accurate record keeping as per NMC guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-assessments for patients referred into SpaMedica.
• Admission and discharge of patients on a theatre day.
• Administer drugs in accordance with NMC guidelines.
• Adhere to NMC guidelines for record keeping.
• Provide scrub experience for clinical procedures.
• Report any accidents or incidents promptly.
