Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level II in care or equivalent experience.
• Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive role within SACT services for nursing, medical and clerical staff with rotational cover.
• Carry out nursing care needs of patients while maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Write care reports under a qualified nurse's signature.
• Participate in nursing procedures appropriate to the department.
• Assist in induction/training of junior Health Care Assistants.
