Job summary

Everson Recruitment is seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our expanding mobile health team in the North East. The role requires travel across the UK, driving a Mobile Medical Unit to client sites to deliver health surveillance services and maintain records with GDPR awareness.

You will undergo a 4-week training and induction programme, with ongoing mentoring. The position is full-time (37.5 hours) based in Newcastle or Middlesbrough, offering a pension, life cover and generous

Qualifications

• Strong time management abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of GDPR and ability to deliver health surveillance services effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capable of prioritising workload, meeting deadlines and using initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health surveillance screenings and baseline measurements.
• Record medical information in occupational health records and pass to clinical staff.
• Maintain and ensure equipment is clean and fit for purpose.
• Support health promotion activities and other tasks as required.
• Assist the team by gathering information to support clinical decisions.
• Provide biometric data to enable informed clinical decisions.
