Job Title: Mobile Multiskilled Electrical Engineer
Location: Zones 1 & 2, Central London

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

1. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
2. Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification
3. Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installations
4. Full UK driving license
5. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

1. Test and Inspection qualifications (e.g., 2391)
2. Experience with building management systems (BMS)
3. Knowledge of mechanical systems and general building maintenance

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to join our team, covering commercial sites across Zones 1 and 2 in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical bias, with the ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
2. Perform electrical installations, fault finding, and repairs
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
5. Participate in an on-call rota as required

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
