OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a Mobile Multi Skilled Handyperson to join our facilities management team. The role covers general maintenance, statutory checks, fabric maintenance, and client-facing duties across offices, commercial, distribution, and industrial sites.

You will manage reactive and planned maintenance to SLAs and KPIs, contribute to contract profitability, and ensure safety compliance. A time-served background, CSCS card, Legionella awareness, and the right to work in the UK are

Qualifications

Time-served maintenance experience.
Familiarity with safety documentation and Legionella awareness.
Possession of CSCS Skills card or equivalent.
Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
Experience with CAFM systems is desirable.

Responsabilités

Ensure timely completion of Reactive Works orders and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within SLAs and KPIs.
Contribute to contract efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Support integrated delivery of contracted services with emphasis on safety and quality.
Plan, inspect, and carry out repairs or preventative maintenance; respond to breakdowns promptly.
Carry out reactive and planned services in offices, commercial, distribution, and industrial premises.
Perform statutory inspections (Emergency Lighting, Water Temperature checks, Fire Door, Plumbing, Lighting).
Execute fabric work (plastering, painting, decorating, carpentry).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage.
Document all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to management.
