Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical or Plumbing bias) to service a portfolio of commercial sites across Leeds and surrounding areas.

The role welcomes Electrical or Plumbing backgrounds and offers a varied, mobile position within a global facilities management business. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant trade.
• Experience within facilities management, building services or commercial maintenance environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and building services faults.
• Complete compliance paperwork and maintenance records accurately.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to deliver excellent service.
• Support health & safety procedures, permits and risk assessments.
• Participate in an on-call rota when required.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial sites across Leeds and the surrounding region.
