Mobile Auto Electrician/ MET Technician required to cover Yorkshire and Northeast Regions

• Basic salary up to c. £45,760
• OTE of c. £55,000
• Paid door to door - no unpaid commute time!
• 40 - 45 hours per week
• Overtime available
• Phone, fuel card, and fully equipped van provided
• Seeking applications from experienced Auto Electricians looking to upskill and grow with a successful independent business
• Technicians with some electrical experience are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided

Our client, an independent heavy and commercial vehicle repair specialist, is seeking applications from Auto Electricians and MET Technicians to join their team in a busy mobile role. This position offers significant growth potential within a family-run business, including opportunities for management and involvement in company operations.

Their head office is located in the Cramlington area, but you will be based on the road covering Northeast, Northumberland, and Yorkshire client contracts, always paid door to door—no unpaid commute time.

What will the successful Mobile Auto Electrician do?

• Dismantle and reassemble accident-damaged vehicles
• Repair and replace panels of accident-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Work to a high standard with up-to-date vehicle repair knowledge
• Work independently as necessary
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service

The successful Mobile Auto Electrician will have:

• Level 2 qualification or equivalent (NVQ/City & Guilds)
• A positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience installing electrical items on larger vehicles; car and light vehicle experience considered
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own set of tools

The successful MET Technician will receive:

• Basic salary up to c. £45,760
• OTE of c. £55,000
• Paid door to door—no unpaid commute time!
• 40 - 45 hours per week
• Overtime available
• Phone, fuel card, and fully equipped van provided
• Opportunities for growth within a successful independent business
• Full training provided for electrical experience applicants
