About Selecta

We are hiring a Joy Ambassador to join our team and ensure a high level of customer service by providing full and hygienically clean machines prepared to deliver maximum sales across the operational base. This is a mobile role visiting multiple client sites daily to restock and clean coffee or vending machines, while being a friendly point of contact for clients during visits.

What does a usual day look like for a Joy Ambassador?

1. Ensure all vending machines are filled and cleaned to the required standards as per company guidelines.
2. Complete stock and cash controls across machines and company vans.
3. Fix occasional faults on machines, such as cup jams or blocked mixing bowls, and report all faults to the Service Desk.
4. Report accidents, unfit foods, and customer complaints to your Area Manager or the Service Desk on the same day.
5. Provide training to new starters and team members requiring upskilling.
6. Maintain high levels of customer care in a courteous manner.
7. Conduct regular audits and quality checks on machines, sharing follow-up actions as needed.
8. Report machines below hygiene standards to your Area Manager.
9. Cover sites using a van or public transport to reach static sites.
