Base pay range

Location: North London

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Extra: Company van, fuel card

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out mechanical and plumbing maintenance within commercial and residential settings.
• Participate in planned maintenance and quoted works.
• Engage in building shutdowns as required.
• Collaborate with both shift and day teams onsite.
