Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to cover the M25 corridor on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks on HVAC and plumbing systems, with on-call responsibilities on a 1-in-8 rota.

The role includes a basic DBS check, a supplied manual van, tools, and a fuel card, working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a pay rate of £25 per hour (umbrella) with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and plumbing is essential.
• Experience with building management systems (Maximo, CAFm) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work, with a primary focus on PPM.
• Working with HVAC, plumbing systems, and general mechanical maintenance.
• Participating in a 1-in-8 on-call rotation.
