Equans is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer with a mechanical bias for a permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week) covering London and beyond the M25. You’ll deliver planned and reactive maintenance across complex mechanical building-services systems, including Legionella control, while using CAFM systems to document tasks and timescales.

You will participate in a 24/7 maintenance rota, supervise subcontractors, and support client requests, ensuring safety and compliance with BS standards

Competenze

• City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering Services qualification or NVQ Level 2 or higher.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Experience in a facilities-management environment.
• Ability to fault-find and rectify complex mechanical issues.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rota.

Mansioni

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building-services systems and equipment.
• Diagnose, fault-find and rectify mechanical defects and equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate plant logs and CAFM updates.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
• Carry out Legionella control and related compliance activities.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure safe, quality work.
• Support helpdesk, quotations and client requests.
• Work to KPIs, SLAs and relevant standards.
