Mobile Mechanical Engineer Facilities Management
Location: West London (Mobile Role)

Salary: £40,000 £45,000 + Van + Package
Our client, a leading name in the hard FM services sector, is seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team, covering a portfolio of commercial office buildings in West London.
Are you currently a Mobile Mechanical Engineer who is covering too large of a patch and looking for less travelling hours a day, this account is covering just West London across 8 sites meaning less time is spent driving around the M25 for most of your day.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically-biased engineer with strong HVAC and plant experience looking to join a reputable company with long-term contracts and a focus on professional development.
Role Overview:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services.
Working across a designated patch of high-profile office buildings in West London.
Maintenance and fault-finding on pumps, motors, valves, pipework, AHUs, FCUs, and pressurisation units.
Liaising directly with site contacts and FM teams to ensure service delivery is maintained to a high standard.
Completing service reports, risk assessments, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Solid background in building services maintenance within the commercial property sector.
Good knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical plant.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
