Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer
Location: City of London
Salary: £45,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm

Job Description:
Are you a mechanically qualified engineer looking for a Monday to Friday mobile role in central London? A well-established FM provider is looking to bring on a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to support a group of commercial office buildings in the city. The role offers a great mix of PPM and reactive maintenance, with solid team support and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:
  1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  2. Working on HVAC systems, heating, ventilation, pumps, and general mechanical plant
  3. Fault finding and diagnostics across building services systems
  4. Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance tasks
Requirements:
  1. Level 3 qualification in Heating & Ventilation or equivalent mechanical qualifications
  2. Mechanical building services experience in commercial environments
  3. Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
  4. Full understanding of health & safety requirements within a building services setting
  5. Able to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites
