Job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems (AHU, intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of service for the client by answering queries, reporting defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time; maintain a log of inspection reports and remedial work.
• Perform manual tasks as required, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Participate in the On-Call Rota as needed and communicate effectively using a mobile device.

Qualifications & Essentials

• Valid full driving licence and IT literate.
• Experience in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
• Relevant qualifications such as C&G Level 3 or Level 5, NVQ, or HNC equivalent.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
