Job summary

The Automobile Association is looking for a Mobile Mechanic in Telford, United Kingdom. In this role, you will deliver first-class service and repairs at our customers' homes or workplaces, ensuring safety and confidence in vehicle performance.

You’ll attend booked appointments and breakdowns, conducting inspections and repairs with full training and ongoing support provided. The position offers a competitive OTE of £42,507 to £44,470, along with a company van and other excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a workshop or mobile mechanic environment.
• Full UK Category B driving licence (maximum 6 points).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix a wide range of vehicle issues, roadside or at appointments.
• Clearly explain diagnostics and repairs so customers feel confident and informed.
• Work independently across multiple locations in all weather conditions.
