Qualifications

• Qualification de Technicien Niveau 3 ou équivalent.
• Expérience dans le diagnostic de systèmes souhaitée.
• Permis de conduire valide requis.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer la maintenance préventive sur les véhicules légers et LGV conformément aux exigences.
• Diagnostiquer et réparer les défauts mécaniques et électriques sur tous les véhicules.
• Assurer un service exceptionnel aux clients lors de toutes les interactions.

Job description

Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician Location:North Scotland, Montrose–Dundee Area Hours: 45 per week
Working Pattern: Monday- Friday,Flexible day shifts between of 5am - 18pm. Shift would depend on customer needs therefore could be 5am to 2.30pm or 830am to 18pm. Shift will not be set however prior notice would be provided as work is scheduled in advance.

Role
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to work inNorth Scotland, Montrose–Dundee Area. The Main purpose of this role will be to ensure that preventative maintenance and diagnosis of defects are carried out in a timely manner, in accordance with Customers Legal obligations & Fraikin Ltd Company policies and procedures. These activities will take place at customer premises to minimise customer downtime on vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out Preventative Maintenance on Light and LGV vehicles in accordance with Customer & Company policies, DVSA standards, in a timely manner to fulfil contractual requirements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles and related ancillary equipment in compliance with Company and legislative requirements.
• Ensure that the customer receives exceptional service throughout all interactions.
• Act as the liaison point between our customers and central operations when required to support the timely resolution of customer queries.
• Represent the company on our customers’ locations and behave with upmost integrity during all interactions.
• Ensure that you work in line with company policies relating to activities being carried out at all times.
• Understand the companies quality policies and ensure they are used in all situations.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner to ensure the effective recharging process for the business.
• Adhere to all statutory requirement regarding fire, health, safety and hygiene.
• Participate in cross / multi skilled training within your department or other departments as deemed appropriate by your Manager.
• Carry out any reasonable instruction as directed by a Manager [or Director].
• Deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Maintain a high level of dress and appearance at all times adhering to PPE where the role requires this.
• Attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to all company regulations.
• From time to time you may be required to carry out duties outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested by Management.

Requirements:

• Level 3/ City and Guilds or NVQ Qualified.
• Technician Diagnosis System Experience.
• Current driving license.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Customer focused.
• Able to work without close supervision.
