Zusammenfassung

Staffline is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to electrical, mechanical and building assets in retail stores, ensuring safe and cost-effective operation.

You will work on supermarket contracts, perform PPMs, log actions, and support the Maintenance Assistant. A Level 3 electrical qualification and HSE compliance knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 electrical qualification (C&G2330, C&G2365) or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance in retail environments preferred.
• Compliance with health and safety procedures.

• Complete all necessary PPMs and remedial tasks, logging actions and ensuring compliance.
• Supervise the Maintenance Assistant and coach them to follow company processes.
• Prioritise maintenance work to meet timescales and contract SLAs.

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to a range of electrical, mechanical and building assets in retail stores in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the specified Company Health and Safety procedures.

This is likely to include bakery and catering equipment, mechanical and electrical systems and assets, lighting systems, building fabric, water services and other static and portable electrical equipment. General maintenance and first look is required for all HVAC/Fire and Security and electrical and general issues.

Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Technician

• To complete all necessary PPM’s and ensure all PPM remedial tasks are accurately logged and actioned, ensuring legal compliance
• To supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA), provide regular coaching and support them to perform their role in line with company processes.
• To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and contract SLA’s

Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Maintenance Technician

• Level 3 core Electrical qualification, examples of which are: C&G2330, C&G 2365 (with relevant experience), C&G2365
