Job summary

Landmark Facilities Management is seeking a Mobile Handyman / Maintenance Operative to perform a wide range of general building maintenance and repairs across client properties. You will cover both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance and work closely with the operations team while managing your own workload.

This full-time role at Landmark FM offers a competitive salary (£28,000–£33,000 p.a.), Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with travel between sites in London and surrounding

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance or property repairs.
• Practical knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and decorating.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general handyman and building maintenance across properties.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and repairs.
• Attend planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Record details in job reporting system and ensure safety standards.
