Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover commercial buildings in the Leicester area. The role involves planned and preventative maintenance tasks. Candidates should possess recognized qualifications in Hot Water Systems and Plumbing, with experience in building services maintenance. This full-time position offers 2-3 months of work and requires immediate availability and a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems.
• Recognised qualification in Plumbing.
• Proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pump inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Perform calorifier inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Carry out expansion vessel inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Execute heat exchanger inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain underfloor heating systems.
• Oversee air handling unit inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect pipework and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Perform radiator inspections and preventative maintenance.

Essential Hiring Criteria

• A recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems.
• A recognised qualification in Plumbing.
• Awareness of Water Hygiene Management including Legionella prevention.
• Proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position
