The role

SSE Facilities Management is recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Operative (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) for Perth. The role involves maintenance, service, repairs, and installation of building services at the company's sites. Candidates should be multi-skilled with a relevant trade qualification and experience working with plant such as Air Handling Units, Air Conditioning, Generators, Boilers, Plumbing, Electrical, UPS, and Fire alarm systems.

You will

• Perform maintenance, repairs, installation, and servicing as directed by supervisors.
• Carry out multi-skilled activities within facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and SSE work practices.
• Manage site inductions, permits, and third-party contractor activities.
• Participate in out-of-hours emergency standby duties.

You have

• Experience in a commercial facilities management environment with multi-trade skills.
• City & Guilds/SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience with plant such as air handling units, generators, boilers, electrical systems, UPS, and fire alarms.
• A full driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
