Options Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Operative to service a portfolio of retail stores across North London. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe and operational with minimal downtime.

You will travel between stores, perform general building tasks, diagnose faults and work with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain high standards. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or building services role.
• Strong general maintenance and practical skills.
• Retail environment experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing workload.
• Good problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
• Reliable, professional and a team player.
• Full clean UK driving licence is essential.

Options Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Operative to join a well-established maintenance team, covering a portfolio of retail sites across North London.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys variety, working across different sites and no two days being exactly the same.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple retail stores, helping to keep each site safe, operational and maintained to a high standard.
