Breedon Group is seeking an Area Maintenance Fitter to develop and implement a preventative maintenance system for their concrete plants in the East of England. This role requires travelling between sites in a company van and offers a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of mechanical fitting and maintenance of equipment.
• Essential experience working on heavy plant machinery.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop a preventative maintenance system for concrete plants.
• Fault find and respond to unplanned plant shutdowns.
• Supervise others and coordinate maintenance works.
