King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join the Operations team in Manchester. You will perform planned maintenance on critical HVAC and mechanical systems, adhere to SFG20 standards, and maintain clear communication with the client site engineering team.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical field, experience with BMS controls, and a full UK driving licence.

Full UK Driving Licence
Advanced Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical trade Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent.
Proven experience in commercial mechanical maintenance.
Good understanding of mechanical systems: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, pumps, etc.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
C&G Air Source Heat Pump Systems (2924)
C&G F GAS and ODS Regulations (2079)
IPAF, PASMA, or other access-related qualifications.
