A leading engineering company in London is seeking an experienced Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical assets. The ideal candidate should have a recognised trade qualification and at least 2 years of experience in building services maintenance. This role offers the chance to work on diverse tasks while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within critical building systems.
Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical assets. You'll diagnose faults, carry out repairs, supervise subcontractors when needed, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Accurate documentation, risk assessments, and communication with the service desk are key parts of the role, along with supporting audits, surveys, and maintaining site standards.
Requirements
Hours: 40 Hours per week + overtime
This is a dynamic role where you'll carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safe working practices. You'll work across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, using CAFM tools to log and report tasks. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile facilities.
