This role involves completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks and inspections, adhering to SFG20 requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical and mechanical plant services, overseeing subcontractor activities, conducting electrical installations and upgrades, testing systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The candidate will also manage documentation, participate in technical training, and be part of out-of-hours call-out rotations.

Person Specification:

• Experience in maintenance and PPM regimes to SFG20 standards
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office
• Electrical Engineering qualification (e.g., City & Guilds Level 3)
• Fault diagnosis skills, experience with BMS and HVAC systems
• Ability to project manage and multitask
• Knowledge of emergency protocols, UPS, standby power, and electrical systems
• UK Driving Licence and relevant electrical qualifications
