Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile London - Up to 44,000

Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge?
Do you want to be mobile in out of London?

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & the South East. CBW are currently looking for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover commercial buildings located across London and Richmond areas ideally living on the West Side of London.

The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be working across a range of buildings carrying out PPM's mainly to landlord buildings.

This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to 44,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log
• Weekly AOV test and Log
• L8 water hygiene monitoring
• Fan Coil Unit servicing
• HIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given)
• AHU servicing
• MVHR servicing
• Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log
• Weekly CHP Checks and log
• Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log
• Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log
• Supervision of Sub Contractors
• Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works.
• Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 4)

Hours of work

Monday to Friday -
Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installation / Engineering
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
