Overview

Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider in London. Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience/qualifications). This is a mobile role covering circa 10-20 commercial buildings in Central London, with a company van provided.

CBW Staffing Solutions is looking for an Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias (C&G/NVQ) and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant across commercial offices and high-end residential properties.
• Weekly fire alarm tests and logs.
• Weekly AOV tests and logs.
• L8 water hygiene monitoring.
• Fan Coil Unit servicing.
• HIU/CIU servicing (training provided).
• AHU servicing.
• MVHR servicing.
• Weekly/Monthly generator tests and logs.
• Weekly CHP checks and logs.
• Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation tests and logs.
• Monthly/Annual emergency lighting tests and logs.
• Supervision of Sub Contractors.
• Assist with preparation of quotations for remedial works.
• Be available for duty call out cover on a rota basis (currently 1 in 8).

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical / HVAC / Electrical Installation / Engineering.
• Ability to provide copies of trade certificates (essential).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and customer service skills.
