You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial building infrastructure, including sockets, lighting and small lighting installations, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification required or evidenced.
• 18th Edition preferred but not essential.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive maintenance on sockets and lighting.
• Basic fault finding on fuse boards and motors.
