Job summary

City Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician in Glasgow to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical plant across retail outlets. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, with regular store visits and paperwork completion.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2, 18th Edition, AM2/2391, and a full driving license. Benefits and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Essential electrical installation/maintenance qualifications.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance on customer sites (doors, plumbing, flooring, etc).
• Deliver reactive and planned fire alarm system maintenance.
• Conduct emergency lighting tests and repairs.
• Identify non-repairable faults and advise Line Manager with replacement recommendations.
