Job summary

Staffline in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a leading supermarket contract. You will maintain and repair electrical and mechanical plant across retail outlets, carrying out reactive work, planned maintenance (PPMs) and minor non-electrical repairs during store visits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenance
• Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.
• Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites
• Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
