Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to perform PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial premises in the North East region, with some installation work. The role is hands-on, requiring initiative, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills for client-facing duties.

Location-focused role with commercial experience; health and safety training and CPD are expected. You will contribute to quotes, documentation, and reporting on site.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have proven electrical maintenance experience.
• Multi-site facilities exposure preferred.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills on building services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance across buildings.
• Order parts and equipment for tasks.
• Work to industry standards at all times.
• Participate in flexible hours including on-call.
• Attend health and safety and CPD training.
• Assist other trades when required.
• Update reactive and PPM tasks on CAFM system.
• Ensure QA and site procedures are followed.
• Inspect services and respond to call outs.
• Attend emergencies as needed.
• Maintain tools in safe condition.
• Produce reports of remedial works.
• Complete method statements and risk assessments.
