Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician for a permanent position in Nottingham. You will service a leading supermarket contract, performing maintenance on catering and bakery equipment and ensuring all tasks meet quality standards.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds, 18th Edition, and AM2/2391 qualifications, with a 40-hour week and overtime opportunities. Travel time is paid after 30 minutes each way, plus a company pension and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 in electrical installation/maintenance.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• AM2 / 2391 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenance.
• Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.
• Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites.
• Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and advise the Line Manager with recommendations.
