Vertu FM is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician for a permanent, full-time role based in Brentwood and surrounding areas.

You will perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems within commercial buildings, including installation, testing and ongoing maintenance. You will travel regionally to respond to service desk requests and ensure timely completion of work, updating systems accordingly.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) required.
• 18th edition and 2391 qualifications required.
• Experience maintaining electrical systems on commercial sites.
• Strong customer service and reporting skills; able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to electrical systems.
• Install, maintenance and testing works on commercial buildings.
• Respond to service desk calls and plan work to meet response times.
• Identify additional repairs and support quotations where needed.
• Keep job progress and completion data up to date in company systems.
