Overview

Position: Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Type: Permanent

Location: Cheshire, Crewe, North Staffordshire areas

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 PA plus OT etc.

We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple facility types in the Cheshire and Crewe regions. You will be expected to have good all-round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance. The role is a Permanent position paying circa £38,000 – £40,000 basic. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days. Van supplied, fuel card. Overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Completing electrical maintenance across healthcare, educational and commercial facilities.
• To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems.
• To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
• To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements.
• To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service.
• To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines.
• Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required.
• Compliance checks.
• Small works projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3.
• Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance.
• 18th edition.
• Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment.
• Must be presentable and reliable.
• DBS may be required as per site needs.
• Valid Driving license.
