About The Role

Working Days: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30

Main Purpose:

To assist and support the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver a comprehensive service to our client.

To carry out PPM tasks and reactive works on various contracts within the Business Unit to ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and customer care.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Responsible for the completion of all reactive work in a timeous manner to meet the SLAs of the specific contract and in compliance with Company Policy.
  • Responsible for the Health & Safety compliance of the East Lothian Schools Contract in line with good industry practice and in compliance with Company Policy.
  • Responsible for the IMS T2 procedures within the East Lothian Schools Contract in compliance with Company Policy.
  • Responsible for the completion of all Electrical PPM & Reactive tasks in the East Lothian Schools Contract in line with good industry practice and in compliance with Company Policy.
  • Responsible for the Fabric Team Staff recruitment, levels and training for the East Lothian Schools Contract in line with good industry practice and in compliance with Company Policy. This should include Succession Planning.
  • Responsible, along with the Janitorial Supervisor, for the decoration, fabric and landscaping condition standards of the East Lothian Schools Contract.
  • Responsible for the provision and asset gathering of M&E Plant, including providing condition reports.
  • Responsible for the delivery of Lifecycle works.
  • These duties and responsibilities may be changed in accordance with the needs of the company; the post holder may be required to provide support to holders of other posts according to changes in workload and patterns of working.
