• Knowledge or experience in joinery, painting, and decorating.
• Basic electrical circuits experience.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Performing pre-handover inspections and installing/removing wall boards and flooring.
• Conducting damage triage during off-hire inspections.
• Ensuring equipment cleanliness and compliance.

About The Role

Are you ready to be a part of our accommodation division? We are looking for a talented technician to join our team to ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standard whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

• Visiting customer sites
• Performing pre-handover inspections
• Installing and removing wall boards and flooring
• Spray and brush painting
• Conducting damage triage during off-hire inspections
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and compliance
