Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor – South East London
Location:South East London
Salary:£52,000
Hours:Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Engineering Supervisor to look after a portfolio of sites across South East London. These sites include Commercial Offices, Schools and High end residential. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilization and ongoing maintenance of high-end sites.
Key Responsibilities:
️ Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
️ Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation
️ Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency
️ Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements
️ Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site
️ Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact
️ Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace
️ Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced leaderwith a strong technical background in M&E maintenance
Self-starterwith the ability to manage workload proactively and drive team performance
Well-presentedand professional, with excellent communication skills for a client-facing role
Flexibleto work occasional weekends as needed
Relevant qualifications(HVAC, Electrical/Mechanical, 18th Edition, etc.)
