Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a Serco–EQUANS joint venture, is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to deliver mechanical and electrical services across RAF sites. You will ensure safe systems of work and compliant, timely delivery of contracts under JSP375.

The role requires a Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification, a UK driving licence, and willingness to travel across sites with on‑call duties. You will assess personnel, produce risk assessments and method statements, and support projects while

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Level 3 Mechanical Engineer with UK-recognised qualification.
• AP tickets in Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• Experience with Safe Systems of Work and JSP375.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations while maintaining JSP375 compliance.
• Assess competence of skilled personnel and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Provide technical support to site teams, supply chain and end users.
• Support project work and drive safety and compliance improvements.
