A leading vehicle assistance company is seeking Roadside Technicians to work from home in Slough. You will assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and represent the company while providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will have diagnostic skills, a driving license, and the ability to work under pressure. This role offers training, a fully equipped service van, and competitive pay.

Based from home as one of our Roadside Technicians you will be working in a fast paced ever changing working environment attending vehicle breakdowns, assisting our customers in getting them back on the road. You will report into our Langley Service Centre.

We are looking for someone who can work well both as a team and on their own. Someone who can accurately diagnose faults and where possible make repairs. As you will be representing The Mansfield Group you will need to be able to demonstrate good communication skills. In return we will provide you with a fully equipped vehicle, uniform, company phone and IVR training at our academy.

Key Skills

  • Experience within the recovery industry desirable but not essential
  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • Full valid driving Licence with category B preferred
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Ability to be flexible with shifts
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to assist customers who need assistance.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK
  • The ability and motivation to work on your own initiative
