Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is expanding its UK team and seeking experienced Mobile Vehicle Technicians to support supermarket and commercial fleet operations across England, Scotland and Wales. The role offers varied shifts, career progression, and a company vehicle with tools and equipment provided.

Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, have experience with commercial vehicles, and possess a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles, LCVs or similar fleet vehicles.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Proactive approach with safety and quality focus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure vehicles meet all legal, compliance and safety requirements.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections where required.
• Attend customer sites and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately complete repair documentation and job records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business.
• Support operational teams to maximise vehicle availability.
