Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is expanding its UK team and seeks experienced Mobile Vehicle Technicians to support supermarket and commercial fleet operations nationwide.

You will diagnose, service and repair a wide range of light commercial vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, ensure safety and legal compliance, and attend customer sites with professionalism. A company vehicle is provided and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles, LCVs or similar fleet vehicles.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
• A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure vehicles meet all legal, compliance and safety requirements
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections where required
• Attend customer sites and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
• Accurately complete repair documentation and job records
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business
• Support operational teams to maximise vehicle availability
• The role offers a varied workload, working across a range of light commercial vehicles and fleet operations.
