Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in the UK is recruiting experienced Mobile Vehicle Technicians to support supermarket and commercial fleet operations nationwide. Opportunities across England, Scotland and Wales offer flexible shift patterns, competitive pay with overtime and clear career progression.

You will diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles, perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections, and ensure legal and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles, LCVs or similar fleet vehicles.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Proactive approach with safety and quality focus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure vehicles meet legal, compliance and safety requirements.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections where required.
• Attend customer sites and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately complete repair documentation and job records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business.
• Support operational teams to maximise vehicle availability.
